Every PAWS item is made to order, just for you. Here’s exactly how that works.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Times are estimates from our production partners and can run longer around holidays, so please order early for gifts. We’ll never promise a delivery date we can’t keep.
Different items in the same order may be printed by different partners and arrive in separate packages.
Returns & reprints
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If something is wrong, we’ll fix it. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.
